Palliative Care
What Are Our Services?

Advance Care Planning
First, we meet with you and your family to understand the needs and challenges your condition brings to your life. Then we work with you to develop a care plan that includes the input and expertise from the full care team – your primary care physician, palliative care doctor, nurses, specialists, and any other healthcare providers involved in your care.
Goals of Care
Help us understand your lifestyle and what is most important to you. Setting your goals for care lets us help you get the most out of life during your illness, rather than putting it on hold.
Pain and Symptom Management
Pain is a top concern with any medical condition. Your unique care plan will ensure that your pain treatment reaches the best possible balance between comfort and function, according to your own goals and wishes.
Family Support
We know families feel the impact of a serious illness too. We will help your family by listening, providing information, helping to communicate, finding necessary resources for extended care issues, and more.
Assist with Transitions of Care
The healthcare system is complicated. Arkansas Palliative Care acts as an advocate for the patient, helping them and their family navigate care between providers.
Where We Provide Care
Arkansas Palliative Care is available to provide consults for patients admitted to CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock and Hot Springs, as well as Unity Health in Searcy.
Community Based Care is available for patients in their home, nursing home, assisted living or independent living community in Central Arkansas.
